Safeguarding procedures must protect children and adults at risk, while respecting voice, consent, and communication needs.

Members maintain clear professional boundaries, disclose conflicts of interest, and work within their competence.

Concerns are received accessibly, reviewed fairly, documented securely, and handled without retaliation.
